Refund, Cancellation, Replacement Policy and Account Closure/Deletion

We offer a 30-days money back guarantee to all our first-time or newly subscribed users only provided that they have invoked a written refund request as described below before the end of the 30th day of their subscription read the exclusion and replacement clause for third party digital products/services below. All refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the confirmation date.

Note: A reason for refund/ feedback/suggestion has to be provided, this information will be used for improvement of our service.

Additionally, a valid cryptocurrency address has to be provided in case of cryptocurrency payments as it cannot be reversed.

Refund Request

You can initiate a refund request from your registered email address [used while Signing up for an Account per our Terms or placing an order] by sending an email to market@technofaq.org. A confirmation of refund will be sent to your email address or any other alternative communication method upon success.

Note: You might be asked to reply additional follow up questions before processing a refund request.

Exclusion clause

a. Promotional or heavily discounted products or services obtained by users during Blackfriday, Christmas/New Year offers are excluded from our above-said Money-back guarantee. No refund will be provided upon receipt of refund request for aforesaid categories of orders from any Account.

b. Any third party services and products meaning anything not directly provided by Techno FAQ Digital Media in Market are excluded from our above-said Money-back guarantee read with Replacement clause for 3rd party services and products. For refund related queries on these orders, please contact their customer support from their respective websites or portals directly.

Replacement clause for 3rd party Digital Services and Products

This applies to all third party digital services and products sold on Market by Techno FAQ not operated by Techno FAQ Digital Media only.

In case of nonredeemable or unusable coupon or voucher or any form of code or license key for any 3rd party digital product or services ordered from Market by Techno FAQ:

A replacement will be provided upon basic inspection within 24-48 hours of receipt of complaint over email to market@technofaq.org from your registered email address. A refund is at the discretion of customer support executive, only when the supplementary coupon or voucher or any form of code or license key fails to work as well.

Cancellation Policy

In case, you are subscribed for auto-renewal for any of the services/products directly operated by Techno FAQ Digital Media. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email to market@technofaq.org from your registered email address.

Upon receipt of a cancellation request over email, your subscription will be immediately canceled for auto-renewal. You are at liberty to merge a refund and cancellation request if you qualify for above-said 30-days Money-back guarantee.

Account closure/deletion request by the User

Any user can request closure/deletion of their account without refund request by simply sending a written request to do so at market@technofaq.org.

Account closure does not automatically create a right to ask for refund or partial refund of the subscription fee or remainder of it. You do not qualify for a refund of remaining period of service upon account’s closure. You are requested to apply for a refund request, if applicable.

When an account closure/deletion request is received by us, we confirm the request with an email response, once confirmed, all user account data, including all support queries, is immediately deleted without error. While the data still rest encrypted in previous backup as said in privacy policy, it will be overwritten and expunged in next backup session/routine. No user has any right to obtain or gain access to data stored in this temporary backup after sending account closure/deletion request.
